Pick something to watch, draw a line, name the rule. Every thirty seconds, while this tab is visible, your rules become one read against a public RPC: a list of addresses and slots. The rule itself is sealed in this browser under a key it will not give up.

No rules yet. The form on the left makes one; it starts watching on the next tick and lives only in this browser.

The browser generated an AES-GCM key and marked it non-extractable; it lives in IndexedDB and can be used but never read. Your rules and the last two hundred matches are one ciphertext in localStorage. To move rules to another browser, export them under a passphrase: PBKDF2-SHA-256 at 310 000 rounds derives the key, and the file is ciphertext without it. There is no account to recover from. That is the point and it is also the cost.
